Samsung pay on galaxy watch ultra keep resetting.

Samsung pay on galaxy watch ultra keep resetting after few hours. Updated the watch samsung pay still same. Having issue linking card from mobile to watch also. Keep linking till card got blocked. Have to call the bank to unblocked it. Anyone else having the same issue? 

Samsung pay on watch ultra got auto reset again while typing this. Am asked to add/link card from mobile samsung pay again.

U mean the Samsung wallet keep deleting your cards on Watch Ultra?

So far I store 1 card on my watch ultra, never face issue like yours...

Maybe share more details and I try to replicate on my side... See is it same issue...

I stored 2 cards. I already reset samsung pay and reset the watch ultra. And setup as a new watch instead of backup from previous watch5. Hopefully no more issue. Testing it out these few days.

From other users threads they seem to have same issue with samsung pay on other watch model as well. Mine also when using it on watch5. If you google it alot if users have having same issues with samsung pay watch plugging auto reset.

Even my Watch 4 just experienced for the 2nd time. Had the first reset 2 weeks ago. Not sure what's wrong.

I know what you mean, kinda frustrating to add every now and then. Should be the watch plugging having issue/bug. As the mobile wallet, there is no issue at all.
Kinda defeat the purpose of getting the smart watch for conveniences to pay for transport, etc, besides using it for health monitoring.

Now, the points which I accumulated prior to the reset, dunno if they will be credited, or now that it has been reset, the record from Samsung Pay end could be gone.

Agree. My purpose of getting the watch is for the pay convenience. It's totally useless now.

Yes I'm also having issue, on watch. I posted this too. Issue still ongoing, but no solution yet. Very frustrating. Can't link card back too. I too reset everything and set as a new watch before but issues still persist. Might as well use apple product next time. I have been having many issues with samsung ever since i start using the brand last year. Regret to the max!

Uninstall samsung pay/wallet on phone & watch...including plug in...dl fr google playstore & reinstall both back. Add back the card...this what im doing & its working back now
