Wearables
I noticed that after the most recent update for my S3 Frontier watch the heart rate sensor stopped working and the step counter has a massive delay.
the heart rate sensor looks like it's functioning and then the final stage of reading the heart rate it just hangs then gives me an error message that says "Couldn't measure your heart rate. Try again."
I have chatted with tech support and I've gone through every troubleshooting option. Factory reset the watch, unpaired watched my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Nothing works.
Because the watch is no longer under warranty I am out of luck. The last text support person I spoke to said "it sounds like a software issue just wait for the next update."
Has anyone else out there experience the same problem that I'm going through right now?

WearablesHi @ThePerk,
There are no such issues after the update. I suggest you to visit the service center to get the watch examined by the technician to check the root cause of the issue. You need to book an appointment before visiting the service center from the below link.
Please visit (www.samsung.com/ca/support/your-service) to book an appointment.
