Have anyone encoutered this bug? If yes, what do you guys do? Can help to suggest me what to do. I m thinking of resetting this watch from wearables app

It appears that you might have encountered a bug, and it is advisable to reset the watch, this will potentially help to clear the bug and update it with the latest software.

 

If you are still facing the same problem, you'll need to reach out to the nearest service centre, that way they can diagnose and rectify the said issue.

The watch is already on latest software. I already go nearest service centre. They did force restart to solve this issue. Thank you for commenting

Hi @YT9,

 

If I'm not mistaken, this watch is currently unavailable in our region, they have it in the US/UK/Korea and other countries. You might be able to find a few in the open market but with all tech products, there is a risk of issues such as warranty claims/incompatibility with your device and other possible problems.
