Hello,
I got a watch recently and it records BP, heart rate etc. I don't believe it is calibrated correctly as I just took my BP with a proper machine and simultaneously with the watch and it was over 30 points differences. How do I calibrate it?
Thank you,
Carisa

WearablesHi Carisa1989,
If your Samsung Galaxy Watch's blood pressure (BP) readings aren't accurate, you can try recalibrating the watch:
- Open the Samsung Health Monitor app on your Galaxy smartphone
- Place a blood pressure cuff on your upper arm and wear the watch on the opposite wrist
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration
- You'll need to measure your BP three times within 30 minutes
You should recalibrate your Galaxy Watch every 28 days to ensure accurate measurements. The watch will send reminders to your phone and watch 1 and 3 days before you need to recalibrate. You can also recalibrate at any time by selecting Recalibrate from the on-screen menu.
Thank you.

Small addition to be specific:
After you open the Samsung health app, select the three dot option menu. The top option should be "Recalibrate"
