Hello, for a few days I have no longer been able to go back by tapping 3 times to listen to previous music. I think the problem is with the app because I see several negative reviews from people sharing their stories and it impacts the watches too. my buds 2 and buds2 pro have the same problem! even though I uninstalled the application etc.

Go to Settings & Search for the app & Click on it. Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app & Reboot. 

You'll need to set it up again. 

See if that fixes the issue for you?

thank you very much for your support but I have already done these manipulations even decoupling the 2 different Buds 2 and Buds2 Pro. The problem persists, unable to rewind the music by touching 3 times. I've had this problem for 3 days.

Have you installed any new apps in the past 3 days?

I'm not sure if this will help, but you could try Booting into Recovery & Wipe Cache... That might help?
