According to Samsung, my pre-order bonus band should have started delivering from August 19. But it is August 26, and they haven't dispatched it. I contacted Samsung customer service, and they have no idea. It feels like Samsung made fake promises to increase the pre-order numbers. 😤 #Samsung #preorderfail #wherestheband

The worst thing about this is that we don't even have an official delivery date, even after a month. My band was supposed to start delivering from the 5th of August, then they said the 19th, and now they're saying the end of August. This is poor service from Scamsung.

Their customer representatives are good for nothing. They are there to just for the formalities.

I think they moved the date to 2nd of September for shipping for what I seen on my order

Mine was moved to August 30th. However, this is not the way to treat customers, Samsung.
