SPay on GW4

Hey does anyone know why I couldn't use SPay on my GW4? I've tried several times at the mall this week but it couldn't detect the payment. This is first time happen since I've used it.

Try the troubleshoots below

1. Restart your GW4 and try again for the next transaction when you go shopping.

if still persists,

2. Reset the Samsung Pay on your watch by calling your respective bank to reset the digital token. Then, setup as normal again.

if still persists,

the merchant in that mall is the one that has issue to detect the NFC.

I've never had this issue, it's working just fine on my GW3C and GW5.

The NFC working fine. But SPay still hasn't after I've tried you suggestion. I'll drop by samsung center later to know what's happen
