Hi noor, generally it should be 30 days, if uninformed. But I hope before they dispose, they will send a reminder, cos sometimes customer may forget about it after leaving it to repair or the customer is overseas and may not return after a month later. I have checked on Samsung website, currently no terms and conditions mentioning about it.
