I was wondering if any one could help me in fixing the problem with my Samsung earbuds.
I am unable to connect to right earbud. I have UPDATED version of the galaxy wearable apps and even tried RESETTING from the app.

Still the issue remains same.

Hi reet,

Please try to Perform clear cache and clear data for the Bluetooth. Follow the below steps:
Open settings >> Apps >> Bluetooth >> Storage >> Clear cache and clear data.

Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.

If the issue still persists then you can Reset Network Settings. Follow the below steps:
Open Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Network Settings >> Reset settings.

This will reset all network settings, including those for WIFI, Mobile Data, Bluetooth.

After performing the above steps try to connect your buds and get back to us with the result.

To Perform clear cache and clear data for the Bluetooth. Follow the below steps:

Open Settings >> Tap Apps >> Tap the More settings icon (three-dot icon, upper right) >> Tap Show system apps >> Find and tap the Bluetooth app >> Tap Storage >> Tap Clear cache button and Clear Data Button.

Restart the device and check for the problem.

Also, try to connect the Galaxy Buds to other device and check.

Hey reet

Please try to clean the charging contact points on the right earbud and case with a soft dry cloth.

Have you tried to connect the Galaxy Buds to another device? Also, Is the Right earbud having any physical damage or liquid damage?

As you have already reset the buds from the Galaxy wearable app. If the issue still persists then buds need to be examined by Authorized technician.

please contact our live chat Support to book an appointment for you.
