i did change the CSC to USA, but why not official update? not everyone is skilled enough to change CSC or do the workarounds to get thes features.

Canada regulations is not validing Samsung's health , sp02, ecg

then they shouldn't advertise it. they can't just leave it as "market dependent" forever. rather "available in X country and expanding"
