Watch 4 - heart rate issue

I recently have issue after software updated with GVK4 version. When I select "hiking" for sport activity, it won't display heart rate. Any other sport activities have no issue, they can display heart rate well. I have done reset, reboot, unpair - pair, etc. Any idea from the community?

I've tried using hiking to simulate the issue on my GW4C and there's indeed heart rate displayed.
You tried already full reset?

Thanks for your response. Yes, I have tried full reset. Could I check if your software version is also GVK4 version ?

Yeap. It's GVK4 version.

That is weird ! I have the same but slightly difference on the prefix. I am getting it rebooted at Samsung service hopefuly it will work. Thanks for sharing @scinex.
