What is the function difference between Watch 4 and Watch 4 classic other than the design and price.

Well thats me now 😔. When signed up with plan, my usage is that much, around 100gb a month. Now fully wfh and at home got wifi. Using only 20-30gb now. Burned the remaining..😭😭
