Watch 5 Doesn't detect wrist

Hi all, 

I have from unboxing my brand new watch 5 had issues with it locking on me. It doesn't recognise my wrist,. Brand new watch out of the bag./

Samsung have been as helpful as **bleep** on a bull. 

Anyone else having similar issues?

Mine similar on watch 4 classic. Locking right after ecg measurement while having still on my wrist
