WearablesHi all. Help needed. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 and a Samsung Galaxy watch 5. About 2 weeks ago, my watch stopped vibrating and giving screen pops when i get a message or phone call. I have done many regular resets and many factory/data resets. Nothing is helping. Are there any hidden secrets to get this fixed? The only answer i keep getting from Samsung Tech services is to keep doing resets. Are there special settings i need to use that i didnt need when the watch actually worked? Any help would be so much appreciated.

WearablesHi ChrisW1,
It sounds like a frustrating situation, and we understand how important it is to have your Galaxy Watch 5 functioning properly. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Check Notification Settings: On your watch, go to Settings > Notifications and ensure notifications are enabled for the apps you want. Make sure the "Vibrate" option is turned on under Sound and Vibration settings.
Disable Do Not Disturb or Theater Mode: Check if Do Not Disturb or Theater Mode is enabled on your watch. These modes can suppress vibrations and screen pops.
Reinstall the Galaxy Wearable App: Uninstall and reinstall the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. Re-pair your watch to ensure a fresh connection.
Reset Notification Preferences: On your phone, go to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable > Notifications and reset notification preferences.
Thank you.

WearablesWell it worked for about 10 minutes or so, now nothing again. I might just go try a Pixel watch.
