Watch 5 pro battery not showing on battery widget on s23 ultra

I have connected my watch 5 pro to my s23 ultra but the battery of the watch doesn't show in the new battery widget on the phone...any idea what's going on?

Hi, please try to disconnect the watch 5 pro to the S23 Ultra connect again and see if the battery is showing on the phone.

Can you check is your watch connected with bluetooth with phone?

Also, in widget settings, have you choose to show watch?

Found out what the problem was. I had setup my s23u using an old backup. It turns out the version of watch5 manager for samsung wear was out dated. Once I uninstalled samsung wear and reinstalled it it prompted for reinstalling watch5 manager and it installed the newest version which fixed the problem
