Is anyone having the same problem as me. Every time I try to check for updates it come up with unable to connect to server please try later.

I just checked mine and it worked fine.
And there's no new update avaliable.

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
  4. Click send.

I'm having a problem with my S23 Ultra with no sound on my maps app. I've done tests inside my home it works wonderful, get in car nothing. I get the map hit start and no sound. I currently have google maps. I tried a couple of others same thing.
I'm starting to think I'm jinxed when it comes to maps, thought it was just my other phone S22 ultra but no its on both. HELP I needed this resolved as I need the maps for my volunteer job as 1 car dosent have a maps app.

Hi... I'm also not facing any issues with the updates in my watch 5. But try these things. probably will resolve the issue.

First, Try to check the update from a different WIFI connection other than what you're usually connecting to. If the issue persists, reset your watch and try to connect again. But make sure to back up all the required info to Samsung Cloud before performing this.
