Having upgraded recently from Watch 6 40mm Bluetooth version (not LTE) to Watch 6 44mm LTE I can not recommend it more highly.

It is a fantastic smartwatch with loads of health monitoring (BP, ECG, BMI etc), sleep tracking, contactless payments, GPS tracking and reasonable battery life and extremely comfortable to wear all day including at night when coupled with silicone Extreme Sports band.

As per my previous posts on this Member's forum:
The Watch 6 40mm Bluetooth version is rubbish in that battery life is poor (only 300 Mah) and GPS tracking is non-existent ( couldn't get GPS fix using "Wear GPS fix" app for love or money)

In comparison the larger Watch 6 44mm LTE version is brilliant:
* Great battery life with larger 425 Mah battery means I can easily go past 1 day without needing to charge even if worn all day.
* Instant GPS fix within seconds

Comparing the weight and comfort of the Watch 6 44mm LTE compared to my previous "ancient" Apple Watch Series 3 LTE version it weighs in at 56 grams ( with Silicone Extreme Sports band) compared to 60 grams for the Apple watch which had little to no health monitoring, no sleep tracking etc. I don't even know my watch is there wearing all day even during sleep, the band is so soft and comfortable compared to the old Apple stiff and hard silicone band which you couldn't sleep with (regardless of its no sleep tracking capabilities.

Considering during special sales periods ( eg. Black Friday sales) you can get an Australian sourced Watch 6 44mm LTE for under $350, it's hard to go past it for value.👍

Oh and the good part, now with latest One UI 6 Watch software update, the Watch 6 44mm LTE version is even better.

Good deal 👍 I love the sleekness and simplicity of the non-classic version without the rotating bezel.

What's the overall weight of the Watch 6 47mm Classic (including with which band?) ?

Yes i love non classic as well but i was having multiple options to choose with so as i told you it was free so i choose flagship one and so far so good can't complain as it's free... weight is around 59 gram i guess but i am weight for one ui 6 ipdate as current ui is not so smooth...

True, added extra with S24U is always welcome. Hopefully your One UI 6 Watch software update comes available soon.

Just looking at the battery capacity of the Watch 6 Classic versions you have to go for the 47mm version to get the 425 Mah capacity (the smaller 43mm Classic version only has a 300 Mah capacity).

So for me I value form and size over the rotating bezel so would plumb for the Watch 6 44mm LTE over the Watch 6 47mm LTE Classic ( i.e. I want a smaller watch face with the same battery capacity) but that's my personal preference and everyone will have their own particular needs.

Samsung don't make it easy having basically 4 variants in a Watch family ( i.e. non Ultra version), so you have to choose wisely when you buy in the first instance when I went for the 40mm version and ended up buying the next bigger size because battery capacity was key for me and maybe the LTE over the BT version to get the multi band GPS tracking.

2024 pre order deal was the best for me i paid around 1250A$ and i got 350$ worth of accessories including samsung tab A9+ which i sold on marketplace.. and got watch 6 RRP 850A$ so technically s24 ultra costed me around 100$.. great

Wow, amazing how Black Friday deals atm on the already released S24U are nowhere as generous as the pre-order deal you managed to get.👍
