Watch 6 classic and bixby

Is there a way to make bixby run from the phone instead of from the watch?.. since I bought the s24 that runs bixby localy and way better than ever before, i figured the watch could save energy and make better results by using the phone via blutooth or wifi or whatever

Yes, I am using Google Voice on my watch6 other than Bixby.

I did not try that, but may be remove Bixby on watch or check settings for always work on mobile
