Hi Sonofsam,

If you're considering upgrading from the Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra to the Watch 8 Ultra, there are a few key enhancements that may catch your interest depending on your needs.

While both models offer powerful health tracking and performance, the Watch 8 Ultra brings improvements such as enhanced sensor accuracy, better battery optimization, and deeper integration with the latest One UI Watch features. You’ll also find refinements in design and durability, which may be especially appealing for outdoor and fitness-focused users.

We’d love to hear from other Members who are making the upgrade.

Thank you.

The only changes that the Watch Ultra 2025 brings are:
-64GB Storage
-New Blue Colour
-Preloaded with One UI 8 Watch

Im doing the watch7 44m to watch8 44m.

I normally buy ultra everything, and the ultra/classic watches look great, but I find the slimmer profile makes it easier to wear 24/7 and I use the health features more than anything.

The bigger ones were always getting caught up on my shirt cuffs and were cumbersome to sleep with.

May I ask how the 8 differs from 7?

The chassis is thinner, the biosensor less dome(y). New biosensors, new health features (vascular pressure, antioxidants). More powerful processor and 25%t ram lift.

I considered upgrading as well, but the trade in value was too low, it's like Samsung is trying to lowball watch ultra 7 owners
