WearablesHey @Rajbir ,
Here are some tips on cleaning your Samsung Watch Ultra band:
- Clean your wrist and the watch band after exercising or sweating. Clean it with a lint-free cloth, and dry it thoroughly.
- Make sure that the Galaxy Watch is not exposed to dust, sweat, ink, oil, or any chemical products, such as cosmetics, sunscreen, antibacterial spray, hand cleaner, detergent, or insecticides.
- If the watch gets stained or contains any foreign materials, wipe it with a moistened, soft bristled toothbrush.
- Clean the rubber watchband with clean water and dry thoroughly.
Hope this helps out! :)

Sounds like it's a black colour that's leached into the band. I have a white protective case for my watch and I have the same thing going on.
