Sorry to hear that you are experiencing performance lag on your Galaxy Watch Ultra.
Please try closing apps running in the background, as this can free up resources for smoother performance.
If you notice lag after using certain apps or services, clearing the app's cache through the Wearable app on your phone can help.
If all else fails, a factory reset could help by clearing out any lingering issues, but ensure to back up your data before doing this.

Already tried factory reset. Software lag on watch ultra is the problem. Watch ultra needs more patches
