My Galaxy watch won't go into sleep mode. It only goes half brightness and is killing the battery in a matter of hours.  Every time I move my arm it goes bright and 5 seconds later, it goes half bright. Have rebooted and watch is up to date.

Did you set screen time out?

Open Wearable app -> Display -> Screen time out set to 30 sec.
