Wearables
I've been fighting with Samsung for the better of the last month amid an extremely busy month to get then to fix the defective Watch³ I bought from them. All they would ever do is reset it (as if wasting 3 hours to drop it and 3 hours to pick it up just to do something I already did at least 5 times would help) and tell me to wear it tighter, ignoring the problem.
The problem is that the watch is already worn really tight to the point that it's straining my wrist and that it has left very significant marks though still unable to track my HR, but also that this suggests I don't know how to wear a smart wearable. The fact is that I tried with a Watch¹ and had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM GETTING A CONSISTENT HR READING without wearing it as if I wanted to amputate my hand. If I can wear a Watch¹ properly, shouldn't a Watch³ be not be any different?
I haven't had my watch more than two months and it has been defective since I took it out of its box and it spent 50% of its life "in repair", this is ridiculous and a great source of anxiety to someone who really does not need it nor can deal with it due to his condition. All I want is to be considered a human being worthy of having what he paid for.

Wearables
I feel you bro I've gotten a defective s20 fe and had to go through the same thing. It also bothers me having a defective device. Hope you get your watch working again.
