Watch4 Classic Call & text on other devices

Hey,

Since I have GW4Classic (Bluetooth) I can't activate the Call & text on other devices feature, when i click on its immediately turn off, no matter what I tried incould factory reset to the watch and phone. (my phone is Samsung Galaxy S10+)

it was worked perfectly with my GW3 (Bluetooth)

someone else got this issue? and how I can fix it?

Hi, please check if the phone is up to date and uninstall and re-intsall galaxy wearable app then please write back to us.

Hi, If possible, try to pair it with another phone and see if it works.
