Watch4 Classic samsung health always in background

I have samsung health always in background in my watch4 classic. Is it an always run in background app?

Any suggestions to remove it would be valuable.

It's how they record your heart rate, stress, sleep etcetc. You can't turn this off.

You could turn on extreme power saving, but that would make the watch become basic.

Turn your watch off then on, and it will go away
