Open the Samsung Members app, and then tap the + key at the bottom right > Tap Error reports > A message will populate for you to choose Always to send the system log data or Just this time. We recommend being connected to Wi-Fi network depending on your mobile network plan > You will be able to choose from Category on what issue your device might be experiencing among the list > Please enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot to make easier to understand. Then press Send icons to complete report.
Meanwhile, we will also forward this issue to our appropriate team.

WearablesI couldn't be bothered to spend another however long going through the same loop. Seriously makes me question buying samsung again though. I've had great luck with customer service for all my other Samsung products, but this really bugs me.

WearablesA little late to the party. I had this issue last year when it first came out. The fix was to download all the updates from the wearable app. Don't know of that helps anyone, but it helped me!

WearablesSame thing happened with me today! I wonder why they cannot extend this feature to Canada. But I did purchase this watch only for this feature. I am very disappointed.
