Women's health skin temperature tracking not working

Has anyone actually gotten the "predict period with skin temperature tracking" to work? I have been trying to figure it out since I bought the watch. I have gone through Samsung's tech support multiple times, they're absolutely no help. They just direct me to the settings where the option to turn it on SHOULD be and then say hmmm I'm not sure why it's not there. My phone, watch and app are all up to date, the feature is offered in my country (Canada), it is advertised as one of the features on the watch but it's simply not there. 
I do have skin temperature tracking while I sleep so I know the watch is working, but when I go into women's health settings the option to turn it on for period predictions isn't there.
This is very disappointing as I spent almost $500 on a watch and this was one of the selling points for me. 
Is there something I'm missing? Or is Samsung simply falsely advertising a non existent feature?

Hi, we certainly understand your frustration regarding this. We sincerely apologize and we kindly request you to send us an error report using Samsung members application.

Open the Samsung Members app, and then tap the + key at the bottom right > Tap Error reports > A message will populate for you to choose Always to send the system log data or Just this time. We recommend being connected to Wi-Fi network depending on your mobile network plan > You will be able to choose from Category on what issue your device might be experiencing among the list > Please enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot to make easier to understand. Then press Send icons to complete report.

I've done this. I've gone through samsungs tech support and troubleshooting. All I get is told my devices should meet such and such requirements (they meet all the requirements) and if they do it'll work.

This feature isn't working on my watch 5 either and if you didn't make this post I wouldn't even notice that it's not showing up. I just assumed that it was working as advertised but the specific perdict by temperature option isn't showing up

That seems to be what everyone says. I haven't seen one person say that it works for them yet and samsung has no answers other than "if you do this, this and this it should work"
It really *** because this one of the reasons I went with this watch over some of my other options 😒

I really can't stand when they add new features then advertise them as selling points and when you purchase the device and the advertised feature isn't working and instead of acknowledging it and fixing it they ignore the customers or gaslight the customer by saying it should be working by doing xyz and if it's still not working silence and discontinue the feature 🤔 🙄 😒 😑 I hate being tricked and lied to by Samsung cause I love they're products and ecosystem so I would've bought the products anyway but false advertising or advertising features that aren't available when I receive the product leaves a bitter taste in my mouth every single time smh🤦🏾 ♀️🙎🏾 ♀️

I mentioned reporting them for false advertising and they "escalated my issue" a month later I got an email telling me the same story "make sure your app is up to date, your device is running this system, blah blah blah"
I couldn't be bothered to spend another however long going through the same loop. Seriously makes me question buying samsung again though. I've had great luck with customer service for all my other Samsung products, but this really bugs me.

A little late to the party. I had this issue last year when it first came out. The fix was to download all the updates from the wearable app. Don't know of that helps anyone, but it helped me!

I've done that and it still doesn't work. I did notice the other day that they seemed to have removed Canada from the list of countries the feature is available in, now I'm wondering if it's because I accused them of false advertising 🤔

Same thing happened with me today! I wonder why they cannot extend this feature to Canada. But I did purchase this watch only for this feature. I am very disappointed.
