Z Fold 3 Bluetooth Issue

My Z Fold 3 have Bluetooth to all Bluetooth earpieces, Samsung and other brands Bluetooth devices. It able to connect but no music play at Bluetooth devices. When connected YouTube, music are not playing or show loading. 

Did diagnosis, show Bluetooth is normal.
