Hello, gusto ko sana iask if makukuha ko pa ba yung parcel/order ko kahit hindi ko naman sya nireject? Kasi naka label na syang Rejected by Customer sa tracking and months na rin ako naghihintay.

Nag reach out na rin ako sa email at sa customer service, ano pa po ba pwedeng gawin? thank u!

Edit: Ninakaw rin kasi yung samsung phone and kasama doon yung sim/contact number, so no access na rin. Nag email na rin ako sa kanila May 20 para ichange yung contact details,, but until now wala pa rin. Nagtataka lang yung parents ko, indicated naman yung address ko pero bakit hindi sila pumunta or naghanap sa street namin. Lahat naman ng nao-order ko from online shop dumadating sa akin, dito lang po talaga sa samsung yung hindi :((

hindi po,, everyday ko po chinecheck. Nagulat na lang po kami nung June 24 rejected na po ang nakalagay kahit wala po pumunta sa area namin.

Weird nga, kya nga umorder kasi kailangan mo, bakit mo nman i-rereject ung inorder mo 😅

Follow up mo araw araw, bka tinamad maghanap ung rider or tinakbo ng rider kasi bayad na.
