when i bought my a71 all the specs were fine. I took my a71 on vacation and when I opened the camera, colored lines appeared for the first time. it looked like a broken camera. I tried many times but it's still the same. then the camera got better again as before. and similar events repeated many times, it was very disturbing. I observed, it seems that the lines appear when the camera is too close to the object, or when it is low light. when i tried the camera in sufficient lighting, it looked fine. when I use the camera at night without light, it looks like the camera is broken. when i use flash, the result is really bad. When I brought it to where I bought it, the lighting in the shop was so bright that the clerk said the camera was fine. I already showed the screenshot when the lines appeared, the officer suggested me to Samsung Center. however, I had not been there yet, another problem arose. my a71 can't detect the earphone many times. only occasionally the earphones can be detected. then another new problem arose. my microphone doesn't work. When I tried the voice note, there was absolutely no sound. but in some situations, the mic just suddenly works. very uncomfortable if I have to restart my phone back and forth.
