I bought a samsung A4 in sharjah united arab emirates, used for 7 month then it start being faulty.  The samsung customer service in sharjah mention that there is a un noticeable dent at the back cover therefore warranty is waved. What a scam is this. Whats the difference buying from Samsung or refurbished mobile since both have same result.  Shame on you samsung.  Really cheap customer service.

Well, this is Samsung Members Canada, not the UAE.

And yes, Samsung's warranty doesn't cover devices that have any physical damage, regardless as to whether or not it's related to what is wrong with the device... unfortunately.
