for samsung phone's without bixby

Bixby will be integrated into olser devices also. Condirmed by samsung agent. I'm running on android 9 on my galaxy a8 2018.

Yes, I would like to inform you that S Voice Service will be soon no longer be available and will be getting upgraded to Bixby.
