Galaxy AHi folks,
I have a problem in connecting my Amgras Meta 2 USB wireless camera to my A15. Went to the local Customer Support Service, the tech stated he tested with 2022 Galaxy phone using Snapdragon Chipset, the camera worked fine but it seems not be working with newer A seriws on Mediatek Chipset.
Got online support and after taking remote control of my phone, still to no avail.
I wonder if the A series is a downgrade or Samsung system guys left out something.
Can any of you help>
Rgds,
Faz

Galaxy ADepends on what you are comparing the A series to, whether or not it's a downgrade.
Here's a general comparison between the Mediatek & Snapdragon chips.
"Snapdragon dominates high-end smartphones, earning a reputation for top-tier performance. MediaTek shines in mid-range and budget phones, offering a balance of performance and affordability. It's widespread in emerging markets where price sensitivity is key."
Don't know the difference between the two is the issue you have?
