Anyone who solved this problem? I cannot use my phone without the SIM Cards. Mobile network cannot be detected. Ive tried inserting both SIM cards to other phone and they both are working fine. Help!

Hi, scarypoolpartey!

I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. Have you experienced this after your software update? If so, you need to do a factory reset on your phone. You can check the article here on how to do a factory reset: https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-perform-a-factory-reset-on-your-galaxy-phon...

Before doing a factory reset, you must back up your personal files first. You can do this by transferring files on your external SD card or laptop/PC through Smart Switch. You can back up data through Smart Switch using this link: https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-transfer-and-backup-data-using-smart-switch...

Hope this quick fix will help your concern. Please do let us know if your issue has been resolved. Thanks!
