I am having challenges seeing the fitness option in my Samsung Health app. I bike a lot and of recent I can't even find the Workout option to start with. I need help here.

I just got the new Samsung Galaxy's Z Fold5 5g I believe and so far it is pretty good

I love the zedifold five 5G it was a great little phone until my screen broke and my insurance ran out anyways I got myself a Z6 now and it's really awesome love all the bells and whistles all the options. Not liking the new UI though
