With the launch of the update ONE UI 6.1 I was hoping they would give us smooth lens switching especially for the 4k60fps on S23 Ultra like S24 Ultra did. I don't know if its hardware issue or what but I believe it must be software part & I believe they can make it cos why not lol. Hopefully in future software update they will make it right
