I've bought a brand new S23 FE Few months ago, just don't know why this phone have a freaking habit of shutting itself off every now and then, managed to to get an appointment, went to Samsung Store happily and was told that I've to leave the phone with them for a few days, and was told that they've no replacement phone for me to back up for the time being ,Hmmmmmm ,and on top of was beong told that of I were to leave my phone to them to diagnose those issues....blah blah blah, once it's back to normal, all data would be wipe clean.I don't know but if this is what the customer service is all about,..........good luck guys.

You can tell them that you will only be able to put the phone with them when there is a replacement phone available.

Hi, Samsung has a feature known as Auto Optimisation. Check u have this setting OFF. Just to check if this is the cause of your issue.
Device care automatically performs
optimisations to keep your phone
running smoothly. This includes closing
background apps and cleaning memory.
