Hi titopao,

We are sorry to hear that your'e experiencing this issue after the update. After a major software update, it’s normal for the system to take some time to optimize background processes, which can temporarily impact battery performance.

Basic Troubleshooting Steps:

Battery Usage Review: Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Usage since last full charge. Check if any app is using more power than expected.

Clear Cache Partition: Boot into Recovery Mode and select Wipe Cache Partition (no data is lost).
This can help clear out leftover data from the update that may affect battery life.

Update All Apps. Make sure your apps are updated via the Galaxy Store and Google Play Store, as outdated apps may not be optimized for One UI 7.

Disable Unused Features. Turn off features like Always On Display, Location, 5G, or Bluetooth when not needed.

Use Power Saving Mode. Try enabling Power saving mode under Settings > Battery to help extend battery life while the system stabilizes.

If the issue persists after a few days and you’ve tried these steps, we recommend submitting an error report via the Samsung Members app so our developers can investigate.

Let us know how it goes—we’re here to assist you!

Thank you.
