I want to downgrade s10e android 12 oneui 4.1 to 11 or 10

I need help 

I use a samsung s10e on one ui4.1andriod 12 and a bootloader version of s8

I heard you can't downgrade to a lower android version 

So I was wondering if I could get any custom android 11 or 10 with s8 or u8 bootloader to downgrare

Just wondering, any particular reason why you need to downgrade?
One clear downfall is that you won't be able to use most of security app ie bank app.
