Motion smoothness on s9 plus 2021

So i just find out that s9 plus before have 120 hz refresh rate. After the update to One UI 2.5 that feature is gone. So is there any other way to enable it back or possible way to downgrade to One UI 2.1 .

Hi Ashbell, unfortunately, we cannot get back to the old version.

2 things here.

1. The only time that you can't revert to a previous version, is ONLY if there's been a bootloader update. (This has been repeatedly stated incorrectly by Samsung Moderators that you can't & it's WRONG!).

2. The S9 series NEVER had a 120hz refresh rate.

Honestly I'm starting to think the moderators aren't real people and that they're bots or have a list of things they can only say. Either way they aren't helpful lool

And can you imagine, if Canada did participate in the Betas, & relatively inexperienced people had issues with Betas, & had to rely on the Moderators for help... 🙄

120hz only became available on the s20 series and up. I had the s9 plus and i can 100% tell you that was never an option.
