No internet connection

I have problem with s23 ultra, already changed the simcard. Eventhough have 5G still cannot acces to any soc med. Sometimes no service. Currently been using wifi only. Is it possible the problem is from my device? If its true, how much to repair🥲

It's possible that the issue lies with your carrier, and you may need to purchase a 5G pass to access the 5G network.

Try changing to 4g connection in settings.
