S22 ultra doesn't connect to network internet automatically after wifi

My s22 ultra doesn't connect automatically to network internet after i get out of range from my wifi network. I have to turn on and off flight mode or restart the phone after that it connects to network internet. What can be the issue?

The same goes for me. And sometimes appear simcard is not detected.. haih.. need to restart if this happen

The board of the phone had to be changed to solve the problem. Fortunately, the phone was still under warranty, so it was changed without any costs.
