You can't manually. Usually our region don't have beta to join. If your region supports, the Members App banner will show a Beta Program.

That's the problem with Samsung. Some of their products and services are region-locked in one way or another. It seems that their business model is loaded with racism! 😂

It's not racism my guy. Different region has different firmware for modems and certain RF needs. Contrary to popular belief firmwares are not the same across board. I am on Android 16 Beta on my Pixel 9 Pro XL. The cellular function on this phone is wonky in January compared to the now almsot finalised version on latest Beta. While I like testing new features it's not exactly fun to use.
