Sold a pre owned phone

I think I've been sold a pre owned phone in place of a new one.

Phone keeps trying to automatically log into one of the apps with someone else's details...pretty sure that should be impossible for a new phone.

Then when I try to contact Samsung Service it's telling me my email address isn't valid...hmm

The online Samsung Store, that's why I posted on here.
Otherwise I would've gone back to the shop!

Are you able to log in to your Samsung account or even a google account, and check if any other devices are using the same account? If so you may need to remove these devices. Let me know if this doesn't work, thanks!

Guess you have tried a full reset, deleted any dodgy apps and reinstalled everything. You might have got hacked
