*STIL NOT SOLVED* Laggiest S22 Ultra

My dad's S22 Ultra lags terribly, and I don't know what the problem is. Everything is ten times slower. When I open the phone, it lags and takes 12 seconds just to click on an app. Then, it takes another 30 seconds for the app to load. I think the cache is causing the problems because the S Pen isn't working on the screen. I cleared the cache for Facebook, and it started working again like new with no lag. However, the glitch happened again because of Facebook, so I deleted Facebook and cleared the cache, but the issue persists. Please help me. My base S23 does not have this issue and never closes the cache. What is the problem? Please tell me.

Clear portion cache or factory data reset should fix it could be a app that could be using alot of ram try deleting apps games etc could also be a storage issue but just factory data reset should fix most issues but is used as a last resort you can also just delete all the apps or some and some music etc like I said probably a storage issue try clearing the cache in ram in settings to

Sounds more like a ram issue but idk I have the s24u so I can try and dig out my s22u but I doubt I can run into the same issue let alone find it lol like I said try clearing the ram cache think in storage settings

Hi Zjking10,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your device. Have you tried performing Wipe cache partition on your device? If not, please perform and see if it helps.

Turn off the device.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key.

When the Android logo displays, release both keys.

Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.

Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition. 

Press Power key to select. 

Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.

When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.

Press the Power key to restart the device.

If you wipe your cache partition, it removes any temporary files that may be causing issues with your device, all of your personal files and settings will not be affected when you wipe cache partition.

Since Facebook was a potential cause, please monitor other apps too. Boot the phone in Safe Mode to see if any other third-party apps are causing problems.

To enter Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button, then tap and hold the Power off option. Select Safe Mode when it appears. If the phone runs better in Safe Mode, an app might be the issue.

If none of the above steps work, consider a Factory Data Reset. Please backup your important data first.

Hi, I didn't fix it actually. I just factory reset my phone. Same problem persists with the S Pen.
