Beta starts today, I doubt Canada will be included but you never know.

According to the now taken down page it lists USA, Korea and Germany only. Glad I did not trust the leaks, Samsung hates Canada

DAAMNIT. I hope they release the beta to Canada a bit later.

I think you can load the US one on a Canadian phone through Patched Odin tho

Yep I did this on the S22U last year. You may just need to unlock all bands again to make sure you can access 5G etc by using the service mode dial code

For whatever reason some of the Canadian specific 5G bands were not available so you had to unlock them manually. There's a good FAQ on the XDA forum on how to do it

Yeah Canadian CSC but that would stay at one UI 5.1 tho

Yeah, like always, but have to Flash the US NON Beta first & then the Betas.
