Alarm Does Not Sound When Mute ( Do Not Disturb Off )

Alarm will not sound on my ZF3 when MUTE
I don't have this issue with my Note 10+ previously, alarm will sound even on MUTE and DO NOT DISTURB is OFF. 

Any Solution?

Hi, good day to you bro . Do u turn on AOD ( Always On Display)? If yes, try to turn off and test again .. hope it can solve your problem ..🤞🏻

My 3rd party app are transfer from my previous phone, and I have no issue during first 2 weeks

Hi man, have you turn off this function as for the picture below? If your turn it on, kindly turn that off as it will vibrate only when you put it to "mute"
