Attach docs from Myfile to an Outlook email

Hi 

I have a Samsung Z3, I used to be able to attached documents to an Outlook email from Myfiles that I've saved in my Documents, this no longer works.

Outlook gives message "sending" but nothing appears in sent items and recipients don't receive the email.

Can anyone please suggest a fix or settings to check. 

Appreciate any help you can offer.

1) Long-press the Outlook app, tap on the 'i' icon from the top right, tap on "Force stop", tap on "Storage " then "Clear cache", then restart your phone.
2) If the problem still persists, follow step one, but this time instead of tapping on "Clear cache", tap on "Clear data".
Hopefully this works, let us know how you go.

Thanks Tim, neither clear cache or clear data are an option after force stop. Perhaps I'll uninstall/reinstall Outlook and try that.

Sorry I missed an step, after force stop tap on Storage then clear cache and clear data are there.

Oh I see that but didn't need to tap force stop first, it was little further down the screen . OK cleared. And it worked. Thanks so much Tim you are a champion.
