Battery drain post latest update

After installing the latest software update the battery of my Samsung z file 4 has been draining significantly quicker. 5% drop in 5 minutes...
Is anyone experiencing this ? 
Samsung do you have a patch coming up to fix this ?

I am having the same issue. After update to 5.1 my battery significantly drains faster. I contacted the customer service and follows all their tips on saving battery and stuffs but it didnt fix it. I already explained it to them that the settings shouldnt matter that much because before I updated my phone I am already using the same settings and I dont have this problem, unless the update is broken or the update broke my phone and I couldnt use the same settings I have been using before the update.

Btw, I already tried that clear cache from recovery mode it didnt work, same with clear cache and data on samsung keyboard it didnt work as well. For now I have to charge my phone twice or thrice a day for the same usage pattern before the update.

I am sorry to hear you also have this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

I already sent error report. The problem is occuring the whole time. So basically, my battery drains a lot faster in general whatever I do. Even if Im not using my phone. If I will compare it before update if the battery last around 12-15 hours with my usage pattern, now it only last half of that with the same usage pattern.

How long do they usually respond to my error report after I sent it?

I'm seeing the same issue and whatever it is also has affected my Watch Active 2 battery performance, though to my knowledge the watch software has not been updated and there is no update to be had for it.  But, just after that most recent Zfold4 update- both the phone and my watch battery is draining faster.  Irritating that Samsung cannot seem to get a handle on battery performance nor biometrics on their phones.
