Galaxy ZHi tebanbsc,
We understand how frustrating it can be when the main screen doesn't turn on as expected when opening the device. Please try the below troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue.
Please ensure your device is running the latest version of One UI and firmware: Settings > Software update > Download and install
Reboot in Safe Mode. This helps identify if a third-party app is interfering:
-
Press and hold the Power key until the Power off menu appears
-
Tap and hold Power off, then tap Safe mode
-
Open and close the phone to test the behavior
-
If it works in Safe Mode, a third-party app might be causing the issue
Wipe Cache Partition:
-
Power off the device
-
Hold Volume Up + Power until you see the Samsung logo
- Navigate using volume keys to Wipe Cache Partition, confirm with Power
(No data will be deleted)
We truly value your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are here to assist you every step of the way.
Thank you.
