Galaxy z flip 5 screen broke along fold has anyone had luck with warranty?

Bought a galaxy z flip5 in begining of jan screen broke along fold 2nd week in April told no warranty? Has anyone else had this and what did you do ?

Hard to say why they said 'no warranty'. But you could ask them to review their decision. A Samsung case manager should then get in touch with you to discuss the circumstances.

$580 to fix screen had a small mark where hard case covered but they reckon its a hit can hardly see it but its no where near the crack that stopped phone from working
